Workday
Enjoy a flexible 4-day work week with an early finish once a week. Seven weeks out of nine, you’ll finish by 1 pm, effectively working a 3.5-day week. Our flexible rota allows for part-time options if needed. Benefit from designated breaks, comfortable staff spaces, and no full weekends on call – our 1:9 rota is split over two weekends, enhancing work-life balance. An active clinical WhatsApp group and regular in-house CPD sessions foster constant support and learning.
